I have submitted an abstract on the relevant topic to be presented during the conference day. Do I have to submit a full paper for publication?
If you are only interested in presenting and sharing your topic without publication, you are not required to submit your full paper.
Since the full paper submission is not required for me, what is the next step?
Well, as a presenter, you only need to prepare the slide presentation for the conference day. This is required for all presenters.
How many slides should I prepare for the conference? How long should the presentation be?
There are
no specific limits for the number of slides. For your information, the
duration of the presentation will be
15 minutes, including the Q&A session. It is recommended to craft the presentation slides so that they can be presented for about 10-12 minutes. The remaining 3-5 minutes will be open for any questions from the audience.
What if I would like to publish my paper? What should I do? And will the publication be indexed?
You should submit your full paper by the deadline. Technical committee member will review your paper and notify you if it is accepted for selected publication. You may also need to revise your paper according to their feedback and formatting guidelines. The
selected paper will be published in
Process Safety Progress Journal published by WILEY
(Scopus Indexed) subjected to amendment from the review process.
